Jeff responded very quickly to my clients' need for a quick inspection. Jeff was very thorough. His report to me was very clear with pictures and explanations. His program allows an agent to create a repair request very quickly. You can select the issues that you want resolved or a monetary credit to buyer and create the report at the click of a button with the pictures and explanations from the inspector. I have never seen this ability for agents through the inspector's report.

Jeff went through each issue he noticed, whether as small as a screw placed wrong to as big as ventilation improperly installed.
