I had a phenomenal experience with Bartee Inspections.
Mr. Bartee himself personally inspected a home we were purchasing and he was extremely thorough. During the after-inspection review, he personally took the time to walk us through the home and show us each area of concern he found during the actual inspection
He used clear simple language to help us understand which things were of the most importance and which were just minor or cosmetic. He even took the time to give us tips on correcting some of the minor items ourselves which is above and beyond his scope of work. Regardless, he chose to do this so that he could help us in any way possible.
Once the inspection was completed, we had a full report by that evening. Bartee Inspections have a simple easy to use app that let's you look through the report which was very helpful to see the big picture. You can also print out an old fashioned PDF report, should you prefer that method of review.
Without hesitation, I would 100% use Mr. Bartee for any and all my future inspection needs. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with Bartee. He was very quick with communication while setting up our appointment and was super flexible with timing even though I scheduled things at the last minute.
He was very thorough with his explanations during the walkthrough and he was able to explain things in terms I could easily understand. His report was very detailed and included recommendations for every deficiency in the report. I received the report promptly after the inspection, giving me all the time I needed to make decisions and negotiate with the seller.

I've had at least 5 home inspections done in my life and I've been there for each one. This was different. Jeff is not only thorough but knowledgeable as well. All too often home inspectors will say what they think you want to hear. Jeff talks facts. I also learned a lot from tagging around during the inspection.
