Jeff Bartee does a wonderfully detailed job with his inspections! He finds the big problems, the potential problems, and the smallest detailed problems. This is wonderful for my buyers AND sellers. The buyers feel like they can have confidence that they know which repairs they need to request from the sellers and that they can close on their home knowing exactly what they are getting. When sellers have the inspection done before listing, they can know exactly what to fix before a buyer has a chance to come in and start making requests. Jeff's eye for detail has been greatly appreciated in many deals he and I have worked on together. He's always my 1st call!
