Find a home inspector you can trust with Bartee Inspections
Jeff Bartee with Bartee Inspections is very professional and very thorough with the home inspection he did for us. He goes to great lengths to carefully inspect and detail it in his report along with pictures. He's also very responsive in answering questions you might have about the report. After calling three different inspections companies I chose Bartee for his honesty in explaining and outlining what he would do during the inspection. Comparing the other two, I felt I made a great choice. If you're looking for quality in a home inspection, go with Bartee.
Jeff responded very quickly to my clients' need for a quick inspection. Jeff was very thorough. His report to me was very clear with pictures and explanations. His program allows an agent to create a repair request very quickly. You can select the issues that you want resolved or a monetary credit to buyer and create the report at the click of a button with the pictures and explanations from the inspector. I have never seen this ability for agents through the inspector's report.
Jeff was so nice and helpful through the inspection process. I submitted a request online and he got ahold of me quickly to get the appointment booked. His report was ready quickly and was very thorough! We highly recommend Jeff!
Jeff was excellent! He was able to fit me in unexpectedly and was super patient with all my questions and concerns as a first-time buyer. Jeff was very friendly and observant about the home I had him inspect. It wasn't just "Here are the issues, have a nice day". Jeff went through each issue he noticed, whether as small as a screw placed wrong to as big as ventilation improperly installed. He was very open to questions and went to show me the issue rather than just explain it. He pointed out things that might've been small to others but still made sure I knew about the issue(s). I trusted his opinion and made my first home inspection very easy and understandable. Definitely will recommend Jeff to my friends, and for any other future inspections, I may need! A+++

Highly recommend Jeff. Very detailed in his inspection and discussions with the buyers. He was extremely professional at all times. After finishing his inspection, he described everything to the buyers, never rushing the conversation. Having used several inspectors in past years , they are not even in the same league.
